Our Team

Every website has an "Our Team" page.

Ours just happens to be a group of people trying to understand relationships… while somehow keeping one functional with deadlines.

Lipika Kumar — Writer

The voice behind everything you read here. Feels deeply, notices everything, and will absolutely read between lines that may or may not exist. An old soul in a young body, Lipika writes from personal experiences, observations, and research — basically turning "why do I feel like this?" into full-length articles. If something feels uncomfortably accurate, that's not a coincidence.

Tech Team

The people who take emotional essays and somehow turn them into a functioning website. They fix what breaks, build what doesn't exist yet, and most importantly… press the "make it live" button. They hold the whole operation together with code, caffeine, and the quiet dignity of never once asking "but why does this article need three font sizes?" Without them, this would just be a very well-organised notes app and a lot of ambition.

Sharad Singh — Design

Designed the domain, helped with the logo and favicon, and added the visual personality to the site. Known for creativity, good ideas… and a strong belief in "I'll do it later." Somehow still delivers. We've stopped asking how.

Prince Singh — Content

Proofreads, edits, and occasionally looks at an article and says, "This is good… but it can be better." Brings structure to emotions, logic to overthinking, and feedback that you may not want, but definitely need. Also known to go unusually quiet after reading certain pieces — either deeply focused… or suddenly reminded of his own life choices. We don't ask. He doesn't explain. We all move on. (Except him).

Suman Rana

The person who looked at everything and said, "You should write about relationships," before it was even a thought in anyone else's head. Perceptive in a way that's almost unsettling — she reads people the way Lipika reads situations: quietly, completely, and unusually correctly. Helped shape the direction, define the niche, and connect the dots before the rest of us even saw the pattern. The kind of person every project needs and very few projects are lucky enough to have.

Closing thoughts

We're not a big team.

We're just a very specific mix of overthinking, creativity, logic, and "let's figure it out."

Which, if you think about it… is pretty much how most relationships work anyway.
